Where will my order ship from?
Our manufacture is located in Louisiana, USA
How long will it take to get my order?
Usually we need 1-3 days to customize and produce your sign and 3-5 days for shipping. We use USPS and DHL delivery service for shipping within USA
What sizes are available?
We can provide 6 sizes: 12 inches, 14 inches, 18 inches, 24 inches, 30 inches, 36 inches
What material are the sings made of?
Our signs are made from high quality 18 Gauge steel and powder coated with water resistant coating
What color options are available for ordering?
You can choose five colors for your choice: BLACK, WHITE, RED, SILVER, COPPER
Is mounting hardware including to my order?
No, mounting hardware are not included
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, email us at vitaliria.llp@gmail.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and at least one image of the damage.
We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
